Join Aveen for this two-day immersion and exploration into how yoga has the power to change us in an alchemical way.

We will explore how to use our energy and presence to influence the quantum field and bless ourselves and others.  Using story, ancient texts, mudra, pranayama, energy work, meditation and connection we will glimpse how the practice of yoga has the power to shift our focus from me to we. This is no small shift. When we do this, we remember and align with our purpose and we shine light into our world. Are you called to join us?

This immersion is open to all yogis, healers and yoga teachers.

There will be RYT CE credit for yoga teachers.

Reiki: Those new to Reiki will be attuned to Reiki One and those who attended last year will be attuned to Reiki level 2!

• Sunday, March 1st, 9:00-1:00pm

• There is a free standing Friday evening workshop at the Yoga Room from 7-9pm before the weekend event that is included in the cost. You are most welcome to attend but will not miss any content of the weekend if you cannot make it Friday evening.
