In addition, I am offering a workshop on Thursday evening June 16th from 7-9pm at the Center, “Coherence of the Heart”.  This class will blend gentle movement, mudra, breathwork and chant. We will focus on the science of heart coherence, why it is so important for health and wellness. Together we will practice tools to open the heart and bring the body into harmony.
